"My trip went smoothly and I had an amazing time. As always this was expertly organised by Ellie. All my safaris so far have been organised brilliantly by Expert Africa and I have had incredible experiences which is why I keep returning. Thanks very much.

One point to feedback is relating to my driver/guide in Rwanda. I was very disappointed with his lack of engagement and focus on his mobile phone and personal work in Kigali on my first day there. He was more of a driver than a guide and did not say much. It is particularly disappointing as this part of my trip was my bucket list trip and supposed to be special and I was very excited about it. I feel the feedback form does not convey how much we enjoyed the trip. But I haven't a suggestion as to how to improve it!

All the arrangements went so smoothly and everything lived up to our expectations. I don't often use AWESOME or STUNNING but the trip was awesome and Tanzania is stunning. And everyone we met was just the nicest.

The only suggestion would be to have people drive out the east gate of Etosha (which we did) and south through Otavi on the way to Mundulea Reserve, rather than you suggested departure through the south date of Etosha. "Despite starting with a downgrade from BA (not Expert Africa's fault, we asked for them because of their Worldtraveller Plus seats - big mistake it turns out - booking 10 months in advance cut no ice) this was a fantastic trip.

The main aim was to see hippos close up and personal and the Kaingo Camp hide provides that, as does the location. Leopard, Painted dogs, lion likes, leopard feeding in trees, lions, hyenas and leopards day and night..... were all a huge bonus for us. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and the promises made in the brochures.

"Wonderful!! The logistics firm in particular - Team Africa? - who met us at Lusaka - were great! I'm sorry I can't definitely remember the name of the company. We wouldn't have caught the first connecting flight to Mfuwe if they hadn't hurried us through immigration. They were SO helpful at every interchange that I feel rather guilty about not having tipped them much, the problem being that we were usually rather disorientated at these junctures, with our minds on the difficulties that they were busy smoothing out. There were the big things, like catching planes and tracing luggage, which they handled very well, and also the small things, like returning a book I'd borrowed from Mchenja, which I was certain I could trust them with, that made our trip so very easy and relaxing. "We chose Expert Africa on the recommendation of a close friend who had used the agency a couple of years ago. We are so glad we did!

We dealt with Maruska, who was amazing. She is knowledgeable, efficient and our questions (which seemed endless) were answered promptly and cheerfully. We were particularly impressed that Maruska put us in touch with a colleague in the UK office because she was not as familiar with the Seychelles. Admitting that, and getting us the information, is not something everyone is good at doing.

The Zambia portion of the trip was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The camps Maruska suggested were excellent - she asked us lots of questions and really tailored the experience to our preferences. She was very familiar with all the camps and her comments were spot on. We would definitely go back to Zambia.

We enjoyed the Seychelles. Seeing those amazing beaches and swimming in the warm ocean was delightful.
