"Our holiday to Africa was a trip of a lifetime.
Seeing the animals up close was such a privilege and something we'll never forget. We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the people as well as their expertise. Relaxing on Zanzibar island was a perfect way to end the holiday.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
You could potentially make things in the brochure even clearer, such as what to do about tipping, what kind of luggage is acceptable."

"Pongwe Beach Hotel was like a paradise island. As soon as you step out of your room, you're on the beach.
The white sand and clear blue water makes for stunning scenery. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.
The only slight issue was that fish was the main meal every night, which my husband doesn't like, but the chef was accommodating enough to cook him something different."
