Travel reviews by Mr A. from new york

Had fun. Expensive trip

On this trip, I visited Tanzania between 7-Feb-2019 and 13-Feb-2019 and I travelled with 4 other people.

Overall my trip experience was:

More honest guidance on what’s at each camp/ site. Feel some bias based on availability at camps.

Facilities were overall excellent, guide exceptional. Besides Ndutu site we didn’t have any vegetarian food problems

Feedback response

We are glad that overall these clients enjoyed their safari, which was a combination of the Ngorongoro Crater, southern and central Serengeti. February is one of the most popular times of year to visit the southern Serengeti due to the presence of the wildebeest migration; as a result many of the camps and lodges become fully booked six month to a year in advance. This trip was booked in January for travel in February, and the availability was very limited. We secured two nights accommodation in these travellers preferred area, the southern Serengeti, however they then spent their final night in the central Serengeti which is known for its good wildlife throughout the year. We are sorry that they found the wildlife in the central Serengeti to not be as dense as in the southern Serengeti, however pleased that overall their safari was a success.
