25th Anniversary & Trip of a Lifetime.
Zimbabwe and 2 other countries between 22 Aug 2019 and 9 Sep 2019
"In life you get what you pay [Generally] & whilst an Expensive Trip, we couldn't & wouldn't want to fault any part of it. A fantastic Holiday to a part of the World that we wouldn't ordinarily consider venturing to.
Accommodation was unbelievably good / Game Viewing superb & everyone that we encountered friendly & helpful.
If only we'd have found that Cheetah.!! - Oh well that's a good enough reason to return in my book.!!!

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Off Hand no suggestions other than maybe a little more guidance re Visas & applying / holding hands a little more particularly Zimbabwe.

"Talk about a step back into a Bygone Era.!!!
Staff were great, very attentive & helpful but not in your face.
Rooms perhaps a wee bit dated to say the least, but the location overlooking Vic Falls Bridge breath taking to say the least.
Food was variable, we thought the Stanley Terrace Restaurant was good but not so impressed with Jungle Junction where we thought the Buffet was average & over priced; we didn't frequent the "Fancy Restaurant" - The Livingstone Room but I dont think we were alone there.
Entering & Leaving Zimbabwe was a night mare due to the various Customs Officers on duty who seemed to take a pleasure in Refusing Kaza Visas at will.!!!!!
Our son did the Micro light flight in Zambia / Bungee Jump from the Bridge & Devils Pool Trip. Fantastic Experience although perhaps more background to Livingstone Island would have been good.
Water Levels very low so spectacle diminished slightly.
A visit to the Micro Brewery - - The River Brewing Company a must do if you like your Ales.
Victoria Falls in general shabby & frequented everywhere by guys selling "Tat" unfortunately."

"Right on the Doorstep & an overnight stop enroute to Mozambique.
Great Value / Clean & Friendly Staff.
Only downside was the Ping Ping of the Microwave Meals."

"Unbelievable Spot in the Ocean, made that little more impressive by the Helicopter Flight from Vilankoulos Airport.
Just the most fantastic end to our Holiday of Lifetime.
"Andy" was welcoming & couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable,,,,well apart from the weather that is, but hey you can't have everything.
Great to hear the efforts made by &Beyond in their Conservation & helping the local community.
Food & ability to cater for our varied Dietary Tastes was not a challenge for these guys & watersports great.
Our Man for the week Jose was superb & looked after us admirably.
Rooms were spacious clean & fit for Royalty"

Guiding was unbelievably good & everyone in the Camps in Chobe / Savute & Moremi were just fantastic.
We viewed Lions / Hippos / Elephants & whole range of other game - A great start to the trip.
I suspect "Easy" may well have been a Top / Experienced Guide judging by the way he was lauded by others.??"
