"The trip was great and all the arrangements went very smoothly.
The only thing that could have been improved would have been for a room request to have been made for Ongava. Clearly, the best rooms are no 1 & no 2 which look over the waterhole. We did have a front row room (no 5) which had a nice outlook and much better than the upper level rooms, but it would have been even better to look over the waterhole."

"Fantastic. Totally lived up to expectations (we did this trip on a recommendation from my parents who have done it twice).
Bertus was an excellent pilot, & driver when in the car. The lodges were all good and in excellent locations.
The scenery that we saw was amazing & so varied. So nice to be alone in all that space! Despite my misgivings, the various trips we did down perilous slopes and dunes with Bertus were exilerating.
I would recommend this trip over and over."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful - some of the best quality we have encountered.
The room was lovely, delightful décor and good facilities. The lodge's waterhole was the icing on the cake - we saw the most phenominal amounts of game morning, noon & night.
Food was fine but could have had a bit more variety (we were there for 3 nights)."
