Felt like you were in the thick of it but always felt safe with comptetnt guide. "leopard sightings on foot + lion and close shave with elephant!

Wonderful experience. Next time I would book longer in the bushcamp."

Early morning trip out to salt pan was well worth while although heard of by way of mouth from previous travellers - not advertised in camp."

"only had one night here. The camp and accommodation is beautiful although having come from nsefu sector first it felt very much like your back to civilisation - Much more traffic as it is nearer park gate, overhead power lines and man made road surfaces/bridges.

In retrospect I think one night is too short a stay in any one camp although appreciate it was closer to the airport for flight the next morning."

"Unfortuatley not able to visit Bushbuck camp.

Promised upgrade to Abida suite not offered although this did not affect what was a thproughly enjoyable 4 night stay at Chongwe River Camp."

"Has to be one of the lovliest locations for a camp site. Would be a great experience without the addition of game.

A visit in september saw the constant attention of elephants in the camp to eat pods from the winterthorn trees. A very relaxed, warm and hospitable camp. Take it at the pace you want - lots of activities on land or water or just sit overlooking the river and let the game come to you!

Quality of food was excellent and probably the best of all the camps we experienced."

"A large hotel with a mixture of clients from businessmen, south African 'weekenders' and tourits from many different countries.

Clearly different from the lodges previously visited or perhaps lodges upstream.

Neverthless made a change and I think I would do the same again."
