"It was all 'perfect'"
Thank you for the time and effort you put into organising an excellent trip for us. We needed extra luggage to be transported and had particular sleeping requirements, and all these needs were met.
The organisation and attention to detail was second to none." Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 7 on a Zambia safari
"Amazing Trip"
The team member who dealt with most of our trip was Gwynneth -- who I know is no longer working at Expert Africa -- but she deserves recognition for all her efforts. I am evaluating Gwynneth below, even though I have to choose a different team member from the drop-down menu" Read full review: 19 nights in Africa; 9 on a Namibia trip
"My Apr 2014 trip"
Would travel with Expert Africa again and also recommend.

Not really.
A couple of issues came up for the friends we were traveling with (Mack Air) - but as Ian and I weren't on that plane we've left it to them to report what happened. As advised very clearly by you before we left, they reported what had happened straight away to the camp manager and the problem was dealt with right away and to everyone's satisfaction. Altogether a very clear process in booking and very clear guidelines for what to do if things aren't right along the way.
Many thanks indeed for a tremendous trip." Read full review: 15 nights in Africa; 6 on a Botswana safari

"Our Namibian adventure - April 2014"
So, the few problems we encountered during our 14 day stay in Namibia pale into insignificance compared to the spectacular scenery, outstanding guiding and helpful staff. Our holiday will be memorable for many years to come for all the postive things we saw, did and learned.
Tracy at Expert Africa listened to our brief and was patient in arranging and rearranging our itinerary to make our trip feasible." Read full review: 16 nights in Africa; 14 on a Namibia trip
"Excellent trip"
If I was doing the trip again I wouldn't have stayed a night in Namtib Desert Lodge but would have put in a night at Quivertree Forest after our stay in Fish River Canyon. We stopped here for a couple of hours on our way to Luderitz, but we wished that we had more time and were able to see it at sunrise and sunset.
The driving was mostly fine in our high clearance 2WD. The only roads that caused us problems were the access track to Polentswa lodge and the D707 north of Namtib Desert Lodge where the road is basically sand for a 20km stretch. I would recommend that in future you only recommend this road for people in a 4WD and that you recommend the C13/C27 route for anyone in a 2WD. I think that even though this is longer it would be much faster as the D707 is in a pretty bad way once you get North of Namtib Desert Lodge. The scenery doesn't get really good until the C27 near the Namib Rand reserve.
We had an issue at Polentswa lodge, however, this was quickly resolved - thank you for your help with this. I would recommend that you clarify the current situation regarding night drives and other activities with the Ta Shebube lodges and update your website accordingly. We were really impressed by the quality of the Ta Shebube Rooiputs lodge - we had a great time there and saw some great animals.
I would have liked to have one or two nights on the Mata-Mata side of the national park as well as Rooiputs, as the wildlife and birds are quite different here to Rooiputs, but all the park accommodation was full so it was not possible. However, I would recommend this for future guests if the accommodation is available." Read full review: 18 nights in Africa; 8 on a Namibia trip
"Ruaha NP trip"
The team at Kichaka are awesome, they make you feel like the whole of Ruaha is yours to enjoy" Read full review: 5 nights in Africa; 5 on a Tanzania safari

Expert Africa is a dependable company that provides the information one needs to make a decision about such an experience. I would highly recommend this business.

Our guide at Camp Hwange asked us to wear clothing that would blend in with the bush--tans, browns, greens. No bright colors or white. It would have been helpful to know that before leaving home so we would have had the proper clothing. You might add this bit of information in your guidelines." "My April 2014 trip"
As a comment if Expert Africa has customers who are "time rich" as we are [though not necessarily "cash rich" ] it might be a good idea to suggest a day's stopover after a long-haul flight. Because we had to stay over a day we started our holiday fit and refreshed and enjoyed it all. If we had arrived at Nxia Pan Camp as planned I think we would have been exhausted and it could have taken a few days to recover............the tourist schedule for retirees is pretty demanding !"
