"There is no other word than Perfect to describe my holiday. From the initial contact with Expert Africa to arriving back home.
Travelling on my own worked beyond my expectations - people were friendly and inviting.
Two things will stand out in my memory forever - spending 20 minutes within 50 meters of a black rhino and walking the trails in Damaraland with that exhilirating feeling of complete silence and vast emptiness.
A warm thank you to the whole Expert Africa team and especially to Gwynneth.

"On my first night I was the only guest and on the second there was just a couple who I didn't see much of.
I was extremely well taken care of - dinner with the manager the first night and with my guide on the second. In other words I didn't have to feel lonely.
The guide, Nicky, was fun and very knowledgeable so I had a very good time. I loved his way of using the windscreen as a whiteboard, writing explanations etc about what he was talking about."

"Perhaps the best camp of all of them. The staff was fantastic - very friendly and interacting with the guests. Again there was just me and two other guests and we were all very well taken care of. It felt as if we were all one big family.
Tracking rhinos was of course a highlight. Spent twenty minutes with "Don't worry" at a distance of 50 meters!"

"A perfect place to experience the fabulous Namibian landscape! If you were not interested in geology before you will be when you get here.
Not so many animals but instead I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the opportunites to do some walking. Very refreshing after all the driving on bumpy roads! Visited two local villages which gave a good insight in the conditions of life in this harsh environment."

"Compared to the previous camps this felt a little different. I can't really put my finger on what it was - the atmosphere between management and staff was not as "close" as in the other camps."

"It is a good camp but compared with the others perhaps the one least to my taste. It felt a little anonymous and more like a hotel.
On the other hand the game viewing was excellent even though radio tracking does not have the same excitement as "ordinary" tracking. However, I managed to see wild dogs which I've Always wanted to so that was a highlight."
