- travelers be forewarned about the transfer between Zambia and the Kasane airport.
- travelers mark their battery chargers with highly visible markings so that they are not confused with other charges in a central charging station.

"We had a wonderful trip. All the arrangements ran like clockwork - thank you for a great hassle free trip.

There are not enough superlatives to describe our visit!! Although Botswana is an expensive destination, the people and the experience are worth every penny.

Our itinerary, which Megan helped us put together, was excellent and was even commented on by one of the guides as a great diversity of camps and scenery.

We would highly recommend Expert Africa.

"We thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic experience which embraced amazing scenery, warm welcomes and wonderful wildlife.

You are quite right, this was exciting but not intrepid! We felt that the organisation by Expert Africa was outstanding. We feared we might be out of our comfort zone but the attention to detail and full pre-trip information helped us overcome any concerns we had.

"From the very beginning over a year ago when I contacted expert Africa everything has been fantastic.

Initially Saskia and then Maruska in the New Zealand office went out of their way to help me plan and co- ordinate the trip. Hundreds of emails later we had our trip, and what a fantastic trip it was, would not have changed anything. Everything was totally stress free and exceeded our expectations.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go to that part of Africa, and highly recommend expert Africa to arrange for you

"Expert Africa was excellent in planning our trip - a very big thank you.

For our last night, we changed our pre booked plans and stayed in the Olive Exclusive hotel in Windhoek. Thoroughly recommended. It is part of the group that owns Erongo and has a guest house next door, and we would consider booking the latter next time.

It is huge country with very friendly people and the only question is which places do we visit next year? (I believe my wife has already decided that!!). Nearly forgot: kayaking with the wild seals in Walvis Bay was one of the highlights. Jeanne was a fantastic guide here and we had a wonderful morning. "The trip as a whole met our expectations and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Botswana. We saw so much wildlife and managed to tick off 120 sightings of different birds as well as seeing all the big game we could have wished for.
