"All in all, a wonderful trip. More than achieved all our hopes. We were able to walk a lot, which was the main point, apart from a minor hiccup at Nsefu in the afternoons. Game viewing was brilliant, including everything we expected and several superb sightings of wild dogs and leopards. The guides were first class. The camps were most comfortable but still managed to feel as if they belonged in the bush (with slight reservations about Nsefu, see above). Food exceeded expectations, especially the lunches which were absolutely excellent. Wines and other drinks also surprisingly good. Everyone who looked after us at the camps and on the walks and drives was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We shall certainly plan to do another trip to Zambia, perhaps at a slightly different time of year or in a different area but would particularly like to return to Luwi and Tena Tena. "This was a great trip.

The first two weeks were sightseeing rather than a traditional safari, but the photo opportunities were fabulous, Wilderness is a bit corporate for us, but extremely well organised, with great guiding. You cant fault Wilderness, but for us not a traditional safari experience. For a traditional safari that challenges mind and body mundulea is a must on the list. Where you can fly between camps, fly, the distances are huge

This is our 10th safari. In total we saw 34 mammals, 13 new species. if you are going for animals you need to be more patient in Namibia than other African countries. But every fabulous, iconic grumpy black rhino you see makes the wait worth while.

"It was an incredible trip from start to finish. We saw way more than we expected to see and experienced excellent guiding in beautiful camps. We're already considering another trip to Kenya next year.

Two very small things that could be improved:

1) On the first day we had to wait about three hours for our flight to Nanyuki. In that time we could have gotten there by car, which might have been cheaper and would have spared Ilona getting sick on the plane

2) On the last day the guide was a bit overly nervous regarding traffic in Nairobi. This left us at the airport with six hours to kill before our flight. It also meant we left Nairobi NP an hour before closing and skipped eating at a nice place before going to the airport.

Note: the above are really very small things and didn't impact our overall enjoyment of the trip at all!

"As always with EA you know what you get: Expert Service! This time around it's no different.

Our long awaited and thoroughly planned first trip to Kalagadi Transfontier all looked good until British Airways threw the spanner in by rescheduling our flight to depart 14hrs later than the original time. However Tracy expertly resolved the problem by booking us to SAA and we were on our way to KTP!

We had an excellent trip and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of the Kalahari.
