"This trip was not about the wildlife but about the landscape and meeting the local people. We both enjoyed the trip tremendously, a lot of driving but then at the end of the day would be a lodge with some activites.

The highlight was definitely visiting the Bushmen and the Skeleton Coast, both very special places.

"The trip was absolutely fantastic, the game in Katavi stunning and the Chimp expereince breath taking.

Katavi deserves a week and Mahale needs the four nights if you are a keen wildlife buff. The trip was well organised and once again EA came up with the goods.

This is probably my best ever trip so far owing to the wildlife and the great friends I made along the way.

I think you have everything about right. A personal service is always worth paying for, a good personal service that delivers what it promises is woth it's weight in gold. "This was our second trip to Zambia and we were very pleased with it overall.

In the South Luangwa Norman Carr Safaris set very high standards which, with few exceptions, they acheived. Their Guides are second to none and well supported by the Game scouts and Camp staff. The Camp Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Special arrangements were made by Abraham Banda for us to visit Yosefe School with vehicles and drivers being made available to make this possible - an excellent service enabling us to make a most emotional and uplifting visit with the staff and children.

To finish our holiday with 3 nights in the Lower Zambezi was magical - Sausage Tree is a luxury camp with excellent facilities, food and activities.

"Having been on 10 previouse safaris in most of Southern Africa we were disappointed with our trip to the three camps in Zambia. Apart from a general paucity of game and probably still feeling the effects of poaching and constant either accidental or deliberate bush fires in Lufupa the Puku safari as set out in the brochure and the animal information on each camp did not match what we found generally but specifically at Lufupaas regards the camp and game. Whilst we had the same driver and guide it was asking a lot of him to drive and spot animals without a spotter to help.

The Musanza camp experience was good and both Lufupa and Musanza gave a real authenticity of being secluded and out in the bush. Lunga was a good way to finish with a bit more luxury.

The high spot of the trip was Quilalea. It was a super place for R & R and is a beautiful island with wonderful staff and accomodation. We hope the new owners will not change anything." Read full review: 29 nights in Africa; 6 on a Mozambique holiday

"All of the help we received from Expert Africa was of the highest standard and sent us on our trip with great confidence.

Just a couple of points. We did not realise how tiring the safari travel would be between camps especially to Tarangire and we feel that visitors should be strongly advised to stay there for 3 nights. Also on returning from Tarangire to go to Zanzibar we flew from Manyara to Arusha, with hindsight we feel it would have been better to have travelled by road to Arusha.

Finally, Fishermans tours were also excellent. We booked a tour to a spice farm and also atour around Stone town. Our Guide around Stone Town, Kassim, was excellent. Informative and helpful and of the same high standard of guides that we had received all the trip
