Tangulia Mara: picture gallery

Tangulia Mara is owned and run by the charismatic veteran guide and TV presenter, Jackson Looseyia.
The main area has a stone floor and a high thatched roof.
Inside, there are photographs of wildlife and a small bar.
There is a telescope which can be used to spot game in front of the lodge.
The views towards the National Reserve are stunning.
Lunch is usually served outside under a shady tree and often comprises of Kenyan dishes.
A stone path leads through the bush to all of the tents.
The tents are simply, but tastefully furnished.
Bottled drinking water and torches are provided.
They have comfortable double beds and brightly coloured cushions...
...and a handmade wardrobe.
The bathroom is at the back of the tent; which has a basin, mirror...
...shower...
...and flush toilet.
Each tent has its own veranda.
We had some great game viewing on our last visit, which included giraffes fighting...
...elephants...
...a cheetah family...
...and of course lions!
Capped off with a lovely sundowner in the Maasai Mara.
