"Perfectly located business-style hotel with a leafy interior garden and large pool, which was exactly what we needed for one night in Kigali. The rooms, food and service were all of European standard, and exactly what you would expect from a modern city hotel. We would stay there again"

"Was an average hotel, a bit tired. Our first room smelled of smoke and we had to change and the second room bathroom was not that clean with hair in the shower. Breakfast was decent."

"International standard hotel.
We only had the evening here to freshen up before leaving for the airport to catch a flight departing at 02:30.
We only wanted to get something light to eat but the restaurant was only catering for a buffet service and couldn't find an a la carte menu.

"Food was plentiful but only average at best. Staff lovely.
We did have a taxi driver, ordered by the hotel, who overcharged us by $20. The hotel was quick to deal with this.

"A pleasant, international standard hotel.
We were able to get an early check in after our flight arrived first thing in the morning, which was very helpful.
Meals in the restaurant were set up to be a buffet, which made it difficult to get something light.
