Flufftail Guided Safari: Summary
Flufftail Safari in a nutshell
This safari explores two of northern Tanzania’s most iconic destinations, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, with the flexibility of your own private guide and 4WD to set your own pace and to make your own choices of when and where to stop.
You'll stay in three comfortable and elegant sister camps, each with a unique touch that makes the experience there matchless.
The Highlands is set near the Olmoti Volcano, away from other lodges on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Contemporary in style, the camp offers an air of true exclusivity, with unparalleled views and eight elevated, domed tents that take in those sweeping landscapes.
Near the Serengeti’s Moru kopjes, Dunia is a stylishly unpretentious camp that is run by an entirely female team. Whilst this in itself makes the camp remarkable, it is also located in one of the quieter parts of the Serengeti, offering guests excellent game with fewer interruptions.
The semi-permanent Olakira relocates in order to follow the densest points of the migration. Guests sleep under the Serengeti’s seemingly boundless skies in specially designed star-gazing tents.
Along with exceptional game viewing, this safari offers the potential to see, amongst others, the Great Migration, the "Big Five", and black rhino, as well as to take in much of the Serengeti National Park, beforea final light-aircraft flight back over the Ngorongoro Highlands.
