Loft Suite

Double storey accommodation. Situated in the lush gardens surrounding the main lodge. Double or twin bedded, with en-suite bathrooms (separate bath & showers) lounge area and a private wooden decks on the upper and lower levels.

These suites can also be used for for families travelling and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under sharing accommodation. Parents are accommodated upstairs in the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), while the children are accommodated downstairs in the lounge area. In the evening the double sleeper couch and an ottoman, which is slightly shorter than a single bed, are made up for the children.

The family would share the same bathroom facilities upstairs.

No fireplaces in these suites as a precaution for when children are accommodated there.

Mini-bar, hi-fi, tea & coffee station, delicious cookies and popcorn and aircon.

Afternoon Champagne, SUP & Leisure River Trip

A glorious end to a perfect day – glide up the deep ravine of the Keurbooms River for 4.5km, moor at the sandy cove at Whiskey Creek. Walk through the indigenous forest, swim in the gentle waters, stand-up paddle 1km through the deep ravines & indigenous forest on the quiet beauty of the Keurbooms River with the call of the Fish Eagle and the flash of the Knysna Loerie overhead for company. Pop a champagne cork and relax in natural splendour.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding on the Keurbooms River in Plettenberg Bay

Stand-up paddle 1km through the deep ravines & indigenous forest on the quiet beauty of the Keurbooms River with the call of the Fish Eagle and the flash of the Knysna Loerie overhead for company.
The SUP river boat takes you on a 4.5km cruise up to Whiskey Creek where your guide will lead you into the non-motorised zone of the river: re-invigorate your body; absorb the serenity of the river; re-connect with your soul.
