Haus Sandrose Review

Haus Sandrose is a very clean basic self catering hotel conveniently located on a main street in the centre of Luderitz. The unit was comfortable with a small kitchenette area and basic essential small kitchen appliances, plus small dinette table. The beds were little hard, though.
The room was cool in the evening but a small portable heater was provided. The hotel has a small central courtyard. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but spoke with the manager who was very helpful in advising us of places to eat.
The main outside door to the hotel was locked on our arrival mid afternoon, but then we discovered that access could be gained through the adjoining hairdressing salon. ( Perhaps something to note for future guests)

Street parking was always available outside the hotel

Good base

Nice room with separate dining table and chairs and adequate kitchen for a few days of self catering.

Having ground coffee as well as selection of teas and hot chocolate was a pleasant extra touch.

The inner courtyard with tables and chairs was also welcoming.
