"Ellie did an excellent job organising the whole trip for the four of us. When Chinzombo was unavailable, she organised a very good deal with Norman Carr Safaris which was very much appreciated.

I would highly recommend Expert Africa to anyone who is thinking of going to Southern Africa and I am very pleased to find out that Expert Africa are now going into Kenya, which two of us are hoping to visit shortly.

"We enjoyed all of it! The only complaint we have is that there were too long waiting times at the airports! This can be avoided.

"This was our first trip to Africa and, thanks to Saskia Adye's excellent help and advice, it was a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable month-long holiday with fantastic game sightings as well as lots of cultural interactions.

We were extremely happy with all of our accommodation and transfers. The only disappointment was Rwandair Express which is the most unreliable airline that we've ever flown with, but Saskia did warn me of that in advance so I should have taken her advice to fly SAA instead!

Would highly recommend Expert Africa - and Saskia Adye in particular - to anyone planning a trip to this fascinating continent.

"The overall programme suited us very well. Given the relatively short time available, Ellie had suggested just the right solution for us.

Our only issue was with Isaac who seemed rather uninspired and just looking forward to the end of the season. For the rest: Full marks to the entire Remote Africa Safaris team.

As BA cancelled the first leg of our flight to Lusaka we had almost lost one of our only eight days in the bush. But thanks to Ellie's fantastic help and support (even though we had booked the tickets ourselves) we managed to arrive in Zambia as originally planned. Brilliant service. We are most grateful.

"The trip was very good.

The Silver Tours transfer to and from the Hwange Main Camp were 1/2 to 1 hour late each way. Next time, we would likely schedule and earlier pickup time than 10:30 AM, since they're likely to be late anyway. We would also fly in and out of Livingstone Airport. Even with the construction, it seemed better to us than Victoria Falls Airport. We would probably arrange the Devil's Pool activity later in the day, since it includes breakfast on the island in the morning - when we already have breakfast provided at the hotel."
