"first safari in Namibia"
There were no issues driving ourselves around.
We would definitely recommend and will return." Read full review: 15 nights in Africa; 13 on a Namibia trip
"Cohen honeymoon"
In addition to the comments above our two safari guides, Fazo (at Tarangire and Ngorongoro) and Godwin (Serengeti) were so friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding at spotting animals. It was a privilege to be with them for our safari.

On the whole it was very good. I did pay my deposit in early spring though and instead of receiving a reminder about the balance in mid-summer, I just got an email telling me I was late. It's true, I was late but a reminder that it was due would have sufficed.
I would not recommend Zanzibar Palace for honeymooners - there seem to be a couple of newer hotels in Stonetown that are a bit more modern and plush" Read full review: 15 nights in Africa; 7 on a Tanzania safari
"3 weeks in Namibia"
As with the earlier comment regarding our choice of vehicle, we do have a further issue with information provided in the Bradt guide which states that Namibia is an inexpensive country to visit. We are not new to Southern Africa and have previously spent time in South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia and Botswana. We found Namibia to be easily the most expensive country in terms of accommodation, food, guided trips and souvenirs/artefacts. Again we mention this because of the connection between the author of the Bradt guide and Expert Africa." Read full review: 20 nights in Africa; 20 on a Namibia trip
"Our trip was very enjoyable and fun."
To end up with three nights on the Islands of Siankaba was a great idea to relax in comfort to end the holiday.

As I have said above I think alternatives to flying to Johannesburg and then one and a half hours back to Botswana/Caprivi Strip/Zambia shouid be considered such as Lusaka.
Overall it was well organised and everything happend as planned.
A great holiday and thanks." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 3 on a Namibia trip
"Tanzania Experience"
The service from expert Africa pre-sale was excellent 'Chris' with great information shared, post booking we weren't aware they existed, arguably this works for some, we personally would have appreciated checkpoints to share learning a & ensure no basic mistakes including visas, clothing tips, medical tips 'not sitting on the fence regarding yellow fever inoculations' etc.
Regardless, this is relatively small beer' as this was a holiday of a lifetime!!!" Read full review: 11 nights in Africa; 7 on a Tanzania safari
"New country - great trip"
Safari part was good for us since it had a "freshness" that has disappeared in some other destinations as safaris have become more "packaged" and up market. People very friendly and staff performance level good" Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 4 on a Mozambique holiday
"Another very enjoyable trip"
"Disappointed."
"Our First Safari Experience September 2012"
The standard of food and accommodation was excellent. The Norman Carr guides were very knowledgeable and only too happy to answer questions. We learnt a lot about the animals and birds and the environment they live in, which we found very interesting. The hosts and their teams in the camps were all very friendly and helpful, doing their utmost to make our stay very enjoyable.
Maybe we were lucky because we went to the South Luangwa Valley at one of the best times for wildlife viewing but we were amazed at the amount of animals we saw, especially whilst walking, when we hadn't really expected to see much.
The best part of the whole safari experience, for us, was definitely the bush camps and the walking. We loved the thrill of seeing the animals from ground level and the feeling of being "away from it all" at the camps. It was a fantastic experience." "one of our best trips to Africa"
We had great guiding and game viewing.
We really liked all our accommodation and especially liked the nomad camp in Serengeti
The holiday was everything we wanted it to be" Read full review: 19 nights in Africa; 13 on a Tanzania safari
