"NOTHING WENT WRONG! NOTHING! IT WAS LIKE WE WEREN'T EVEN TRAVELING IN AFRICA!

Seriously! Our itinerary was a bit hectic and a million things could have gone wrong and didn't.
The information you gave us before we left was a God send and prepared us for everything.

Really well done, would recommend your company to everyone.

Nope, just keep doing what you are doing.

Oh, maybe ask if customer wants shared or private safari. I didn't think to ask myself as we are always on a private safari so it never came up in my mind.

We are seasoned travellers to Botswana and Zimbabwe and possibly hard to please. But we loved absolutely everything on this trip which went like clockwork.

"We had a really wonderful holiday which exceeded all expectations. It was the first time we had been on safari and we were looked after the entire time by friendly, helpful and efficient staff, the guides at all three camps were excellent, very knowledgeable and showed us a huge variety of game. "Expert Africa advice & arrangements excellent.

Light aircraft transfer was probably not necessary, provided no real advantage & caused restrictions on luggage.

Although there was a snafu in our transfer from Hwange Camp back to Vic Falls, the situation was satisfactorily remedied and the tour operator compensated us with free river cruise and Vic Falls walking tour. Essentially the pick-up was missed but with the help of staff from The Hide and a volunteer from a friend of the transfer company (?Wild Horizons) we were eventually (2.75 hrs late) driven back to VF & met about half-way by the tour company driver." "Only the trip to Chitabe Camp was organised by Expert Africa, but we vere very satisfied with its service. The reason we chose Expert Africa was that they show the open places in the Camps on their homepage and were able to provide us bookings in
our preferred Camp Chitabe (we first tried with another (Swiss) agency and were told that it is fully booked!). We were very satisfied with Expert Africa's service. Chitabe Concession was amazing. Also the rest of our holidays, partly organised by an operator, partly organised by ourselves, was very satisfactory and local people were always very friendly and helpful.
