"Comfortable bed and clean room. Very close to airport terminal, but no noise overnight.

24 gym was a super bonus

Excellent choice at breakfast.

Would have scored more but we were woken at 2.30am by someone continually ringing the bell on our room door which interrupted our night." See all these reviews: 8n in Kenya

"This was a great choice of an airport hotel 3 minutes from arrivals, especially appreciated as our flight got in two hours late so we arrived in Kenya at 11.30pm.

Hotel is clean, modern, comfy and has lovely staff. The rooftop bar was nice and breakfast the next day was on a lovely terrace.

Highly recommended." See all these reviews: 12n in Kenya

"Very convenient as an overnight hotel when arriving on a late plane.

The location is within the airport complex. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed for an overnight stay.

The restaurant stays open late, and breakfast starts at 5am so it is possible to get a meal when arriving late and get breakfast before an early start." See all these reviews: 13n in Kenya

"Four Points Nairobi Airport review"

1 night Arrived 20 Jan 2023
"The hotel as very noisy overnight so for the second year in a row we had little sleep. We think that noise travels easily through the building.

In the morning we went for breakfast. We left our bag and two back packs in the bedroom. Only our main bag was zipped closed the others were not. On our return after breakfast the room was open and the bags gone. We went to reception where they were behind a pillar which could not be seen from the reception desk. The two backpacks, one containing camera equipment and the other our money and passports were both still unzipped and our belongings clearly not safe.

Reception apologised, a received a generic email and then three phone calls. We were on safari so I did not take the calls and felt it would achieve nothing if I rang them back. We felt this was taking too little care over our belongings." See all these reviews: 9n in Kenya

1 night Arrived 18 Jan 2023
"We were able to get an early check in at around 9 am. They wanted to charge extra, but we argued that we were leaving the next morning before 7 am and that are stay would be less than 24 hours. They were convinced by this argument.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner quality in the restaurant on the top floor was only OK although the ambience was very nice." See all these reviews: 8n in Kenya
