Villa Violet review

Not the lodging we had contracted to originally but actually felt in most ways this was the superior villa when compared with hiltop guesthouse.

Very nice B&B at Villa Violet

Very unique property layout with excellent rooms and facilities. As this was our last stop before going home, we only spent the night here but would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was good although not as diverse as other locations on our 3 week trip.

The location is close to many restaurants in the down town area yet easy access to the airport of interior roads.

Good Windhoek Transit

Villa Violet was quiet and clean, room was a bit small, lovely breakfast - a great place for overnighting in Windhoek. Appreciated manager's recommendation to eat at Joe's Beer House - quirky venue with wonderful steaks, very close by.

Windhoek stay

Villa Violet is a lovely guest house, Heidi and Ben were friendly and really helpful with reservations, taxis etc.

The rooms were large and spotless, breakfasts were great.

It was easy to get to, quiet and secure.

lovely breakfast

This was the first stop on our trip and we were disappointed that there was no soap or shampoo for the shower.

After traveling for 3 days, we were really hoping for a good, hot shower.

Good first stop

Just a great place to spend the first night at, just incase you lost your luggage or some other issues with the car rental company.

Good place to pick up everything before heading out for Namibia drive.

A nice oasis in Windhoek on way to airport

Villa Violet is a little green oasis with private garden and open commons areas for relaxing and breakfast.

Parking is secure and convenient, and rooms are small but well equipped. The staff is helpful in dinner arrangements and providing advice on taxis and getting around Windhoek.

The location is in a nicely upscale neighborhoods, which means everything is behind electric fences and barbed wire, but it is conveniently located on a fairly quiet street.
