"Had an excellent time on my trip!"

"I was very happy with my trip. The mobile safari and lodges I stayed at all exceeded my expectations. Even the airline flights all worked out perfectly (and with a total of 9 separate flights, I was a little concerned).

"Our 2014 Zambia trip"

"I don't think very satisfactory is quite enough. I would describe the trip as excellent all around. The arrangements worked well, the locations suggested by Expert Africa were delightful and the people we met were engaging, helpful and knowledgeable.
For us it was great to be back in Zambia and for our guests from Brazil it was a wonderful experience for them as a first time trip to Africa.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
We had to make a change to our flight from Lusaka to Johannesburg because our onward flight from Johannesburg was changed. The change was made but seating was not selected. I, at the suggestion of the Middlesex office, called SAA directly, but that could have been done by the Expert Africa staff just as easily.
There was some confusion with the Mukambi Bush Camp and the Busanga Plains Camp, but only I think because the Mukambi Lodge had not updated their web site to reflect the changes, so when we looked at their site it was not obvious what the Mukambi Bush Camp was, or if it even existed. "First trip to Zimbabwe"

"Our objective for this trip being our sixth safari was to get closer and more interactive with the animals for the purpose of photography. This was achieved with many good photographs taken, the camps we stayed at were all different and all had their positive points.
We are starting to plan our next trip and Zimbabwe is at the forefront. The only point for Expert Africa is if they are routing people from Zimbabwe to Zambia by road at the bridge please take time out to see the Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwe side, especially at this time of year, we didn't and this was a slight disappointment." "First visit to Africa and first safari, holiday has exceeded our expectations especially the visit to Tafika and bush camps. Hospitality so very good, all staff make you feel welcome. They also care so much about the environment and the community.
Zambia was chosen as our destination because of the walking safaris and the reported experience of the guides. We were not disappointed the guides knowledge, observational and communication skills were all excellent. We have seen and learnt so much.
It is good to be able to experience both a walking safari and a game drive especially in small groups when you get a more personalised service.

"It was an amazing trip. I found Expert Africa through an article on Chimzombo in Conde Nast Traveller. Ellie was superb. Very flexible and accommodating. She had lots of suggestions; she obviously had very detailed knowledge and was able to give very good advice.
One thing that would have been better; when you arrive in Lusaka, you are tired and disorientated and you have to find your way to Proflight (next door terminal). We did find it and it was straightforward but I think advice about this would have been good so you knew exactly what to do. This was our first experience of the arrangements made by ExpertAfrica and we felt a bit lost. If it is not possible for someone to welcome you and then guide you to Proflight, then really detailed information would be good. "It is always good to return to my old home and despite certain failings, we can' wait to return, spending more time at Tafika.

"Service above and beyond every expectation! From the organizing to the follow through - everything was perfect. Every detail attended to. Having the team from Expert Africa greet us at each airport and assist us in navigating the airports, visas and getting us to the next flight was more than we had ever anticipated. I definitely will recommend Expert Africa and use them again if ever I have an opportunity to travel to Africa in the future."

"Excellent safari and Victoria Falls visit"

"Very good - excellent game drives and walks, superb and knowledgeable guiding, excellent accommodation in wonderful situations with efficient and attentive staff. Combining a visit to spectacular Victoria Falls with two safari locations worked very well for us.
The overall trip went without a hitch and we were very impressed with the way all our internal transfers were handled seamlessly by RPS's support staff on the ground.
It has left us with lots of great memories."
