You need to be fit here as the restaurant is a short but arduous walk from the rooms.

The weather rather reduced the potential to make the most of the visit as there are, obviously, plenty of opportunities for walking in the surrounding hills but take the brochure's advice - take a GPS. Advice :- Don't go here in the rainy season, it's not comfortable for walking.

"Greast stay at Erongo"
The accommodation food and sevice were very good. There was a lot to see around our tent. Some amazing lizards. Also some wild cats, who kept us awake at night but were nevertheless, a great delight.

The pool and the area around it are ideal to relax in before tackling the journey home. A visit to Omaruru is an interesting experience.
It would be useful to have some sort of alarm system like in Kulala and Doro Nawas as the chalets are spread out. Emergencies do happen." See all these reviews: 10n in Namibia
With regards emergencies, Roger tells us that one of their security guards is detailed to patrol around the tents at night – hence if any guest calls out, then the guard should hear them, and radio the managers for assistance. He put this system in some time ago and, to date, he tells us that it has worked well.
