"Namibia and Botswana in Novemer"
It was a lesson to me to research the weather pattern better,and not to be put off by difficulty wih accomodation to push the dates on to a less favourable season
This is not to say that we had a great well organised trip, in which all your arrangemets were well thought out, lodges well selected, and went like clockwork.

"Victoria Falls & Botswana Safari."
I can honestly say that all the staff at EA were excellent with sorting out the itinerary for us and giving us advice when asked - everything went just like clockwork with no problems encountered. The paperwork etc. was just perfect explaining many of the things we had doubts about.
The Botswana people were the friendliest we have met anywhere in Africa and because of this we hope to make a return trip soon.
To conclude I would like to thank you all at Expert Africa again for setting all this up for us and making it one of the best safari holidays we have ever had.
Suggestions for improvement:

We were somewhat dismayed that at every turn someone was there with their hands out. It was particularly annoying to have to tip spotters who did not do anything. We much prefer the European systen of tipping only when something special has been done. All the other people we met on the trip felt the same way. Everyone found the tipping part to be very stressful. This was discussed over sundowners with all the other guests. "The S's Great Experiences in Zambia"
Laundry service was really excellent and did make taking limited luggage very feasible.
It was great that we could drink the water at the Bush Camps and at the Livingstone Hotel.
Great problem buying postcards - we only really found any in Lusaka at the end of our trip.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mention that when going to Shiwa they only take one party at a time, even if it only consists of one person.

"Our Fabulous Holiday"
One of our activities included white water rafting at Victoria Falls and what a fantastic experience it was, the climb in and out of the gorge is difficult but well worth the effort. Thank you Expert Africa for arranging our fabulous holiday.

Avani Victoria Falls
Just a few minutes' walk from the Victoria Falls, with access for guests included, the Avani features good facilities in peaceful grounds at a modest price.
Royal Livingstone Hotel
Conveniently located just a short walk from the Zambia. side of the Victoria Falls, the colonial-style Royal Livingstone has beautiful grounds and small but quite luxurious rooms.
Tongabezi
Secluded on the banks of the Zambezi, less than 20km from the Victoria Falls, Tongabezi is one of the most exclusive lodges in Zambia.
Waterberry Lodge
