"The whole trip went like clockwork - thanks for your superb organisation. Combining the flights in the south with driving in the north was just the right combination for us (we would always recommend the flight over the Skeleton Coast to people in particular - since it gives such a good perspective of the vastness of the dunes).
This has been such a memorable trip.

"Expert Africa feedback"

"As a whole we were delighted with our trip. It was well organised and Maruska gave us good advice.
Some of the accommodation was below par but mostly it was of excellent quality. We were so pleased that she advised on a larger car, the X-Trail, and that made the travelling pleasant. We felt that 3 nights at Khowarib was a mistake and you could do the half-day Himba visit on the day you leave so we paid for an extra night at Doro Nowas instead.
This was a special retirement trip and it did not disappoint.

"We were very satisfied with the itinerary agreed with you and really couldn't have asked for more.
The accommodation was excellent and staff everywhere were friendly and helpful.
A few tips for others. Don't believe time estimates for journeys given by locals. Add about 25% to get an accurate driving time. Unless you're sticking to tarred roads, it's well worth getting at least a high clearance 2WD vehicle, such as the Nissan X-Trails. There are a lot of large and sharp stones on many of the gravel roads. These are particularly bad around Palmwag and on the approach (from the south) to Wolwedans." "The trip was a holiday of a lifetime and the special service you organised for us made us feel very very welcome.
The places we stayed will be etched in our memories for ever, and we couldn't believe how lovely the scenery was, and how friendly and professional all the staff were. As for the food, it was fantastic and putting on weight says it all !!

"Maruska and Sabina were both awesome in setting up the trip and details.
Sabina was extremely helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the vehicle. The attention to detail was very good and the process for booking, payment, confirmations, etc were very efficient and customer-friendly.

"Namibia lived up everything that Expert Africa promised. Getting around was much easier than expected and the quality of the accommodation, food and service were all excellent.
The 2WD car proved perfectly OK, although it did mean taking it slowly on some sections of corrugated roads around Solitaire and Palmwag.

"A wonderful holiday that reached all expectations. Our criticisms are picking on the points that were average amongst all the other good or excellent features of the holiday.
