Mana River Camp: Our full report

Due to open in May 2022, Mana River Camp occupies the site formerly known as Mwinilunga Camp.

Situated on the banks of the Zambezi River this is a prime location in a superb park and we cannot wait to visit.

Although we have not yet visited this seasonal camp we are very familiar with the location and its sister camps across Botswana and Zimbabwe. Operated by Machaba Safaris we have always enjoyed our time at their camps and are confident that this new property will offer a similar high-quality safari experience. The 6 tents come with en-suite bathrooms complete with flush toilets and bucket showers.

We would expect Mana River Camp to combine particularly well with Machaba Safaris other Zimbabwe Locations Ingwe Pan, Deka Camp, Deteema Springs Camp and/or Verney's Camp.

Our view

We've always enjoyed our experiences at Machaba Safaris properties, and we are expecting the same great service and some superb wildlife sightings things from this camp.
