"Beautiful location"
Owners very friendly and enjoy constructing original (very tasty) menus.
Although I enjoyed the sunset river cruise, there really wasn't a lot to see compared to the Chobe a few nights later - a couple of hippos and a crocodile.
However, it is a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights." See all these reviews: 8n in Namibia; 2n in Botswana; 2n in Zambia
"Lives up to its name"
The design of the rooms & bathroom was amazing. The staff were really friendly, our host welcomed us very warmly & we felt they really wanted to share their home, including their lovely 8 year old daughter.
Wonderful setting for the dining area, lovely sofas to lounge in for a sundowner." See all these reviews: 27n in Namibia; 1n in Botswana

"A fantastic location next to the river"
The meals at River Dance are delicious, and a lot of thought is put into the presentation. The service is good.
We also went on a sunset boat trip on the river which was lovely and enabled us to see local people going about their daily lives.
We would recommend River Dance Lodge as a relaxing and comfortable place to stay." See all these reviews: 15n in Namibia; 6n in Botswana; 3n in Zimbabwe; 2n in South Africa
"River Dance Lodge"
"Lovely Location on the river"
Very restful spot. Birds aplenty and the odd warthog and deer in the lodge grounds.Good location for access to Mahango Park, where we saw lots of birds (first little bee eater)and animals including first hippo.
The lodge is owned and manned by the local community, which helps it run smoothly.
The local petrol station in Divundu accepts credit cards ( you pay in the supermarket)." See all these reviews: 8n in Namibia; 2n in Botswana; 2n in Zambia; 1n in South Africa
