"Waterberry"
We loved Vic Falls, but surprised at how expensive the activities were. Viewing the Rhinos was $125 per person, for a very mediocre game drive. Owain and myself went and saw them, but it was too much for the rest of the family." See all these reviews: 10n in Zambia
"A great setting "
Room slightly small, but it had a large shower.
Early morning delivery of tray of hot water etc to make tea was very nice.
Arranged to eat with American friends we made at Muchenje, which was enjoyable. Ate outside not as cold as River Dance, but they did provide some coal fires!
Our driver/guide to Victoria waterfalls was great. He came prepared with ponchos, towels to dry our feet and of course drinks. We did not realise he would take us onto the road bridge between Zambia and Zimbabwe, which enables you to get another view/perspective of the falls. The waIk over Knife Edge bridge was very wet due to the wind and high volume of water. I would recommend a chopper ride over the falls, but especially do an add on going down the gorge over the first seven or so rapids, the lighting is great and you get to see white water rafters as you skim low over the water. Got lots of shots of rainbows it was fantastic.
Good time had by all and a memorable excursion to end the holiday." See all these reviews: 8n in Namibia; 2n in Botswana; 2n in Zambia; 1n in South Africa
"Waterberry Zambezi Lodge review"
The food was excellent and the service impeccable.
Not quite my idea of a bush camp, but an excellent location in which to relax." See all these reviews: 11n in Zambia; 2n in Zimbabwe

"Nice Lodge, but not for one night stay."
The food was fussy and hugely disappointing, considering we'd just come from bush camping with wonderful food this was a real letdown. They didn't manage to deal with my vegan dietary requirements properly (again, I wouldn't be complaining about this had it not been for the fact the other more remote camps were great) and even the omnivores didn't enjoy their meals.
I think on balance this would be a better place to stay for a few nights to take advantage of everything they have to offer and enjoy the beautiful location." See all these reviews: 9n in Botswana; 6n in Zambia
"4th camp at Waterberry"
Visit to Victoria Falls was amazing - helicopter ride is a must. Visit to the 4 villages was fascinating - Webby was our guide and very informative. Great that Waterberry Zambezi Lodge supports the community schools in the area.
Would be good to direct visitors to the Waterberry Zambezi Lodge website before their visit to view the list of needs for the projects - we would have taken some items out if we had known." See all these reviews: 8n in Botswana; 2n in Zambia
