"We had an amazing holiday.Giraffe Manor was a unique experience.The safaris at the two camps were excellent and compared very favourably with our two previous experiences in Botswana and Zimbabwe. For us,the balance of the holiday was right with three days at GM and six on Safari.Safari days are brilliant but exhausting and six days on Safari for us was about right given all the travelling to get there and back.

We highly recommend a Safari holiday to anyone interested in nature and although we had serious doubts about travelling to Kenya,there were no issues for us.

On the negative side the absence of direct flights to Zambia from the UK is clearly an issue as this makes the journey even harder and could easily dissuade people from going.Our friends had to fly to Johannesburg,then to Lusaka,then another flight to Mfewe and finally a two and a half hour drive to the camp." I was very pleased with all of the arrangements made by Expert Africa and their help when I needed to change plans mid-trip. The only reason for not checking "Very Satisfactory" was because of my becoming ill during the trip, which was obviously beyond the control of anyone." "This was a family Holiday of a lifetime for the first 8 days and Expert Africa's arrangements proved perfect as always.

"Excellent which came up to and at times exceeded expectations.

All the camps had excellent staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable for all abilities. They were kind, helpful, good fun and determined to give us the best holiday possible. After requesting bottled water this was always provided and the request to be near the bar/dining because of mobility problems was provided at each camp.

Eleanor fixed this and the disabled assistance at all airports which worked well.

"Zambia is a fantastic country for a safari and offers good value for money. We were delighted with our overall itinerary as the 3 camps in different National Parks worked extremely well together.

All of the organisational aspects ran perfectly. We were particularly happy with you advice to take a direct charter from Mwaleshi to Old Mondoro as this saved us so much time – we were in a game vehicle at Old Mondoro by 9.30am. We also had the most remote room in each camp, not sure if this was a coincidence, but we were very happy about this nevertheless.

"This trip went extremely well.

All the details were attended to, flights were met, transfers occurred as expected and memories were made. We've lived in Nigeria for the past 8 months and so did not have extremely high expectations for successful logistics. This trip proved us wrong in the most wonderful way.

We loved this trip so much that we are planning a similar trip for next year's spring break.
