"Glorified Bed and Breakfast."

"Superb overnight option for Windhoek"

"River Crossing makes an excellent first night stop, just outside Windhoek, yet close enough to visit the city easily. Superb rooms overlooking the valley.

"Good location for the airport"

1 night Arrived 9 Sep 2015
"River Crossing is in a good location for the airport especially if you are self driving round Namibia. We only stayed 2 single days in the River Crossing at the end and beginning of our self drive tour round Namibia so the location suited us well as we didn't need to stay in the city.

The rooms are adequate and the service is friendly and helpful. It is let down by the food which was not good. We had the worst meals of our trip here, definitely quantity and not quality." See all these reviews: 12n in Namibia; 7n in Botswana; 2n in Zambia; 2n in South Africa

"Nice stay at River crossing"

1 night Arrived 15 Aug 2015
"Nice place to stay as a stopover on the way to airport. Everything was good but nothing really stands out (wouldn't suggest using it as a base for windhoek, just for the airport).

Food very nice (which was good because we didn't want to brave the track in the dark to get back into town)." See all these reviews: 15n in Namibia; 2n in Zimbabwe

"Relaxing start after a long flight"

1 night Arrived 1 Aug 2015
"We only spent an afternoon at this lodge. Located about 5-min from the city, it has a nice view of a nearby mountain range.

It's a nice transition from a long trip onto a safari. Good food and welcoming staff.

The room is clean and nice, though a bit cold especially in the bathroom area." See all these reviews: 13n in Namibia

"River Crossing review"

1 night Arrived 30 Jul 2015
"We visited end July 2015 and stayed 1 night before heading home (as well as 1 night at the beginning of the holiday).

We stayed at River Crossing for the last night of our trip to Namibia having driven from Bullsport, after doing the excellent Quiver Tree trail. As with the first visit on the first night of our trip, River Crossing was comfortable with good service, great food and there was a beautiful sunset." See all these reviews: 12n in Namibia
