"Vineyard Hotel review"

4 nights Arrived 16 Feb 2017
"The Vineyard was a larger hotel than we normally prefer. However it was comfortable, in a good position and set in lovely grounds. There was plenty of choice for reasonably priced meals.

The only downside was arrival. we arrived at 9:30 from the overnight flight, and it was 1:30 pm before our room was ready. On several visits to reception it seemed that 'the room would be ready when it was ready, no apparent effort to prioritise. " See all these reviews: 18n in South Africa

"Vineyard Hotel review"

3 nights Arrived 2 Aug 2016
"We enjoyed our stay there very much. We were upgraded to a room with a delightful view of Table Mountain.

We ate one lunch and three dinners there, and thought the standard of the food and service very high. The hotel was of considerable historic interest, and the grounds were delightful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, although it is a little distant from the city centre." See all these reviews: 16n in Namibia; 3n in South Africa

"We had a mountain-view room. This meant that the sun came in through the window during the afternoon and the room became hot.

Unfortunately the air-con didn't seem to have any effect on the temperature." See all these reviews: 10n in South Africa; 4n in Mozambique
