"NP shared with one camp is a great advantage"
Tafika retained the feeling of Bush Camp, by being straight forward and unpretentious. A very relaxed atmosphere.
The staff was very accommodating.
We also enjoyed the "close" contacts with the hippos." See all these reviews: 17n in Zambia
"Tafika review"
Tafika camp is even on a second visit largely living up to our (high) exspectations .
It became our bench-mark for safari lodges.
And off course the microlight flights ... !" See all these reviews: 13n in Zambia

Considering it is in the remote bush, the meals were truly inspired." See all these reviews: 8n in Zambia
"Tafika Camp Review"
The rooms were all thatch and reed, well spaced for privacy. Very comfortable.
Meals were excellent, especially all the fresh vegetables from the camp's garden. Time at camp was very friendly and relaxing, and John and Carol made you feel right at home.
Game viewing was good for so early in the season, and the guides knew the area very well." See all these reviews: 10n in Zimbabwe; 9n in Zambia

Personal contact with Carol John and Brian adds 200% to the charm of the camp.
Flying and walking was quite an experience.
Best ever of our trips to Southern Africa !" See all these reviews: 9n in Zambia

"What a great safari experience at Tafika"
Microlighting at sunrise is one of the best expereinces ever.
We loved it but I would say its not for those who don't like insects or for those on a first safari." See all these reviews: 6n in Malawi; 4n in Zambia; 2n in Rwanda
"Good variety of game"
This is generally a strong camp which we enjoyed, although we felt that a couple of the staff were perhaps ready for the end of season! We did however very much appreciate their flexiblility when we needed to change the itinerary around.
The terrain is varied and, in addition to good leopard and lion etc, we enjoyed the flocks of crowned crane, our first oribi and a best ever serval sighting. Brian was a good guide. The night drives are particularly rewarding, while the microlight flight with John is just not to be missed...." See all these reviews: 19n in Zambia
"Microlight Highlight"
John and Carol and their team really make their guests feel at home. Great atmosphere, excellent food and really nice people.
Both walking and game drives were expertly guided - underlined by the fact that we found leopards on seven of our eight outings (although our first ever elephant shrew sighting was also a high point).
All in all, srongly recommended." See all these reviews: 14n in Zambia
